Return Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible merchandise in new/unused or resalable condition for their purchase price at our discretion within 14 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded. A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging. 

An original receipt is required. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: customized or made-to-order items, final sale items, clearance items, store floor samples, and items which are used and/or damaged from normal wear and tear. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Other restrictions may apply.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after the returned merchandise is received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us for a replacement or refund. You may be asked to provide more information such as pictures of the damage and receipt details. We reserve the right to choose the best course of action. 

Proof of Purchase

We require proof of purchase in order to proceed with an exchange, refund, or to issue credit back for merchandise. The following are examples of acceptable proof of purchase:

  • Original receipt (printed/electronic receipt, printed/electronic order confirmation)
  • Packing slip

We are unable to accept any returns or exchange merchandise without a proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return 

A return can be initiated via email to info@krikacy.com. You must provide your order number, postal code, and valid proof of purchase.
